Log into your website using your credentials
In the top left corner, click the button that says “Website”
In the dropdown, choose the “Sales” option
In the left-side navigation bar under the “Sales” header, choose “Your Pipeline”
The tiles in the “New” column are your contact submissions, newest to oldest
Each tile has a “hamburger” menu button in the upper right corner when you hover on it.
There are options to “Edit”, “Archive”, and “Delete”
Click a tile to view the submission
The “Internal Notes” tab contains the body the the Contact Form submission
The “Contact Information” tab contains additional information that is not included in the submission header
Scrolling to the bottom of the page will display the date that the submission occurred
To reply to a contact, use the contact’s information provided to respond via email or phone
