Hostbill Client Password Recovery & Reset
Access the top right corner where you log in. This will take you to the login portal page.
Near the bottom of the box to the left of the “Login ✔️” button, click the “Forgot your password?” hyperlink.
This will prompt you to a landing page where you need to insert your login email address. After inserting your email address, click “Send Me My Password”.
If your email exists in our database, you will receive a reset link.
Check your email for the password reset link. If you do not see it in your inbox, wait a few minutes and refresh your email. Otherwise check your spam folder, etc.
The email you receive should look as follows below:
Once you click the provided link, another email will be sent with your new password. Please delete this email once you have safely recovered your account.
Login with your provided credentials as normal.
If you wish to change this randomly generated password, please follow the steps below when logged in.
Resetting Password While Already Logged In
Go to the top right corner of your screen once you are logged into your account. Hover over your username and click to expand the dropdown menu.
Select “Manage Account”
You will be loaded into an ‘edit details’ landing page. On the left-hand side, there will be a list of other details you can edit.
Select “Change password”
This is the location where you can change your password when needed.
NOTE: The minimum password length is 14 characters, one uppercase letter, one numeric character, and at least one symbol character.
Insert your previous password. Then type out and confirm the new password you want to use.
Select “Save Changes” when completed.
